Shipping & Returns

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. During periods of increased demand, including promotional events and the festive season, additional processing time may be required. The same may also apply around public holidays. All packages are shipped from Edison New Jersey. 

USA Orders
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, destination and selected service level of your order. All orders delivered within the United States are shipped from within the USA, with no additional duties or import taxes applicable.

International Orders
We offer shipping to selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the order and its destination.

All customs duties, import taxes and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by local authorities and may vary depending on the destination, order value and product category. Payment may be required prior to delivery or may be invoiced at a later stage. R+D.LAB assumes no responsibility for such charges under any circumstances. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchase to understand any applicable fees.

If a shipment is deemed undeliverable due to refusal to pay import duties, multiple failed delivery attempts, or similar circumstances, it may be abandoned at destination. Should a shipment be returned to the sender, all associated costs, including return shipping, import duties, taxes and any additional fees, will be charged to the recipient. Any refunds issued in relation to returned shipments will be processed net of all incurred costs, including outbound and return shipping, customs duties, taxes and associated fees.

R+D.LAB can only accept returns on damaged items.  If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
