The tall Trulli bottle in clear glass is a refined ode to utility and form. To fill your Trulli bottle, gently remove the cork spot and add your preferred oil or vinegar. Once filled, reinsert the cork spot and press down lightly until it sits securely. The wooden cap is designed to rest delicately atop the bottle shielding the contents from air while nestling comfortably around the neck. Before first use, we recommend seasoning the wooden cap with a light coat of oil to preserve its natural finish. To clean, wash the cork spot with mild detergent after each refill, or place it in the dishwasher. Clean the wooden cap by hand with soapy water, then allow it to air dry fully. A simple ritual of care to preserve both form and function for years to come.
Borosilicate glass is a premium and high quality type of glass that has many technical attributes which allows for an elegant every day use. This allows the glass to resist extreme changes in temperature and that is measured by the “Coefficient of Thermal Expansion,” the rate at which the glass expands when it is exposed to heat. Borosilicate glass has the ability to go straight from a freezer to an oven with- out cracking and stand temperature of up to 500 °C or 932 °F.
